and spread over 30 acres in a scenic location overlooking Keetham
Lake one of the greenest areas around Agra. The College is committed

Director's Message
On a retrospective analysis of the development of multifarious activities at Anand College of Education since its inception in 2002, it makes me proud to note that over a period of almost one decade, we have been able to impart quality Teacher Education with core values of humility and perseverance to all those who pass through its hallowed gateway. Over a period of last 03 years we have realized the changing realities as to the educational standards required in an increasingly globalize world.
To address the global parameters of education and to enhance Pupil teacher’s potentialities to greater heights, we have put into practice number of programs that is blend academic, cultural and intellectual resources.
The progress of an educational institution rests on committed faculty members and staff, supportive administration, quality infrastructure, large pool of learning resources and responsive students. We are making persistent effort to effectively address each and every aspect of this dimension

Labs & Library
Library:
The library has more than 4000 books, 10 journals and large no. Of audio and videocassettes. The staff is qualified and trained to provide an efficient service to the students and the faculty. Additions to books and periodicals are continuously made to ensure that there is a wide selection of reference material and textbooks to meet the needs of students. The library has an open Access System through which students are free to access to any reference book / textbook. This enhances their approachability to the reading material available in library.
ACE makes every effort to include resource material on these so that the students being trained as teachers in ACE are well equipped with the knowledge of conventional and modern teaching principles, means and methods.

Hostel & Other Facility
The Institute provides hostel facilities to those who opt to stay at the campus. At present there is enough capacity to meet the demand on a single occupancy basis separately for girls and boys. Each hostel has a warden to ensure that proper ambience is maintained for effective learning and comfortable living. Hostel comprises of messing facilities, Common rooms, STD/PCO and other recreational facilities, Transport Facilities, Medical Unit / Dispensary, Faculty Flats, Guest House, Water Treatment Plant, Stationery Shops, Canteens, Adequate facilities for Sports and Games.
Living in campus enables quick students involvement in college activities. These activities help students to make friends and integrate with the community on campus.
We appreciate that sooner you feel at home, the sooner you will be able to approach your studies with confidence, and we aim to make their studies with confidence and we aim to make this transition as smooth as possible. Whether you decide to live in the college hostel or find your own accommodation in Agra, the Administrative Office is there to provide help, information and advice.
The rooms are adequately furnished. A weekly laundry service is provided and each hostel has its own common room and cafeteria.
Other Facilities:
Transportation facilities, Medical Unit / Dispensary, Faculty Flats, Guest House, 100% power supply back up, Security, Water Treatment Plant, Stationery Shop, recreation facilities, Canteen, facilities for sports and games.
Extra curricular activities
Teaching Methodology
Our teaching methodology includes regular classroom training with audio – visual aids, tutorials in small groups for personalized attention etc. Our faculty members have standardized and documented all their lecture notes, tutorials and question banks along with suggested answers.
Co-curricular learning
After regular college hours, students are encouraged to enroll for different co-curricular technical courses and personality development programs.
Student Evaluation
Our students are subjected to a 360° appraisal system (by the faculty, peers and superiors) in order to ensure and maintain superior quality in teaching standards.
