For AKTU affiliated courses(e.g. B.Tech, MCA, MBA, B. Pharma, B.Arch) 75% of the seats are filled by the Affiliating University through (AKTU-formerly UPTU-Govt. of U.P.) UP State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) & 10% through AIEEE / JEE -Mains Counselling depending on the rank obtained by the student. UPSEE Exams are held once a year between March-April every year, the application for which has to be filled in before the last date (generally Mid January).
Admission counselling sessions are held by the University in major cities as per dates announced in leading Newspapers. Balance 15% seats(Management Quote) are filled by the colleges through Direct admissions as per AKTU(Formerly UPTU) guidelines. Management Quota (15%): Seats are filled through Management Quota as per university guidelines. Admission against vacant seats/lapsed seats are also done by the college central Admission cell of the university closes its Counselling/Admission process. Provisional registration is done at college central admission cell & confirmed admission released after AKTU clearance is received. Online Payment Mode
- Candidates applying online through Sharda Group’s website will be routed to the Self Application Form.
- After successfully filling the application form, the system will generate a unique ID & Password (Numeric) which will be the candidate’s unique identification number throughout the admission process.
- An auto generated email will be sent to the candidate’s email id, containing the following information viz. Welcome note & Unique ID. Online applicants can submit the application fee after their registration/admission is confirmed through a D/D & fill up the hard copy Application form.
Candidates walking in to any of our above Centers must submit the completed application form & wait for generation of a unique identification number.
Selection will be done based on the marks obtained in 12th,a Written Test, an Aptitude test & Interview. Weightage & preference is also given to the rank in UPSEE or JEE competitive examination where applicable.
Selected candidates must secure their seat by remitting a Registration Fee of Rs. 30,000/- through Cash/DD or Online & report to the Central Admission Cell on the date intimated to them. For those who seek admission against lapsed seat, have to “Register” in the above manner with a refundable D/D of 30,000/- which will be adjusted against Fee once the admission is confirmed. Balance Fee has to be deposited by due date.
