4. Internet has further bridged the time gap ensuring arrival of the latest technology simultaneously in INDIA and the West without delay.
5. TCS, Infosys & Wipro are already among the top twenty IT companies of the world.
   The phenomenal growth which this industry is witnessing has led to its being recognized as one of the highly paid industry. As this industry is young, the average age of professionals is lower than any other industry.
6. The availability of skilled, qualified professionals is much less & unable to meet the requirement, leaving a large gap to be filled by those with ambition, aptitude and willingness to work hard.
7. But excellent communicational skills, strong logic & analytical reasoning, aptitude, team working spirit are some very basic & fundamental requirements for becoming successful IT Engineer.
8. The economic slowdown of the U.S. and the West has effected current year (2008-09) but it is temporary and is soon likely to be compensated by rising internal demands & those from other Latin American, African, ASEAN countries besides Australia / New Zealand.
