To cater to the needs of quality education in the state of Uttar Pradesh, the Meerut University, now known as Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University was established in 1966. It has become one of the premier educational institutions of the country. Today, many CCS recognised colleges in the country impart first-class education in variegated disciplines.
