Faculty Empowerment
We are one of the first self financed technical education institutes in the state of Uttar Pradesh and one of the first in North India to implement the AICTE pay commission scale to our faculty. Dearness and other allowances are paid as admissible under the State Government rules.
Career advancement schemes has been in vogue for the last three years. While encouraging promotion of well qualified and sincere staff, we believes that recruitment of good faculty from outside is also essential for a healthy growth of institution.
