Hindustan College of Science and Technology (HCST), the self financed college, is placed at the 27 Km milestone on the highway of Agra-Delhi (NH-2). It has established in 1996 that housed in its own building complex with 6, 00,000 sq.ft of covered area built on 34 acres. This college is affiliated to U.P Technical University, Lucknow and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It offers B.Tech Programs in various streams and most of its programs are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) that has been awarded for the excellent quality of teaching learning processes, facilities and excellence in its academic activities.

Computer Facilities
This institute provides high standard computing facilities where a high-speed optical fibre network allows the students for accessing a wide range of services across its campus. It also has a wide range of Software such as Microsoft, Oracle and SUN. All the computer labs are well equipped with great Microsoft products for e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows XP, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server-2000, NET Server etc.
Library Facilities
The Central library of Hindustan College of Science and Technology comes into existence in the year 1996. This library has all the modern facilities and resources like CD-Rom, Online database, Journals, Audio-Video Cassettes, Dissertations or project reports etc. It has large collection of about 65,000 books and more than 800 bound Journals or periodicals.
Hostel Facilities
The management and administration of college try to provide the excellent campus facilities to the students. Here, 100 % hostel accommodation is provided to girls applicants whereas boys can get rooms on ‘First Come First Serve’ basis. After taking admission in the college, student has to apply to the Chief Warden of the college for the hostel accommodation.
Workshops and Labs
With well equipped Workshop and Lab facilities, Hindustan College of Science and Technology encourages the students to acquire application skills and practically verify the knowledge in the class room. These well established workshops and labs exist for various subjects such as physics, chemistry, applied mechanics, material testing, R&D, advanced computation and so on. |
