PLACEMENT POLICY

The Placement Policy aims to define the structure & processes of the Training and Placement Department

The policy abides by the following:

  • A maximum number of students get on-campus placement.
  • To maintain the quality standards of the jobs offered.
  • To ensure that the whole team works according to the defined processes to achieve the common objectives.
  • T&P Deptt. will endeavor to bring together the students and the potential employing organizations and facilitate interactions between the two.
  • All the placements will be routed through the T&P.

  • With support prom T & Deptt. And T & the T & P Deptt. to achieve.
  • To sharpen the managerial and creative talents inherent in our students.
  • To unleash their education in an environment this brings in professional values and inculcates modern attitude.
  • To develop analytical skills to make key strategic decisions in an increasing complex corporate environment.
  • To think with speed, flexibility, spirit of responsibility, integrity and an open mind.
  • To develop the best learning process using a comprehensive understanding of industry’s best practices.
  • To establish long-term relationships with the companies.
  • Thus to make students prepared to meet  employer expectations and then bring employment opportunities for the capable well prepared students

PLACEMENT SUPPORT

  • Maintaining regular interaction with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Corporate meets etc.
  • Planning and organizing On-Campus as well as Off-Campus recruitment activities.
  • Providing assistance to the students for completing summer training projects.
  • Providing requisite training to students in the area of Personality Development and Communication Skills (though T& D  Deptt. – Which is an allied Deptt
  • Developing database of students and presenting their curriculum to various industries, and attract placement opportunities to the campus

Facilities for Recruiters

  • State-of-the-art Auditoriums with a seating capacity in excess of 1000 for conducting pre-placement talks & other analytical tests.
  • Conference rooms for Group Discussions and Group Interviews.
  • 300(+) computers on LAN for computer-based
  • Training & Placement staff support for test & evaluation.
  • Student volunteers/Placement coordinators for assistance during the placement visit.
  • Stay arrangements at the college-owned guest house for Recruiters.
  • Transport from college to Delhi & nearest point of pick-up to/from is arranged.

Recruitment Methodology

  • Training & Placement wing constantly networks with top notch companies to facilitate Campus Interview.
  • Students are helped in the preparationof Resume for screening /short listing.
  • Group Discussions & Interview sessions are conducted to prepare the students for actual Interview.

Past Record

  • Resources are invited from interested students for placement in the beginning of the final year of the course. Many students who have their own family business some want to go higher studies, and such students do not want placements & decline the invitations.
  • Application of those having more than one back paper “carry over paper” is not entertain being deemed in eligible
  • From accurse such interested and eligible students 82% + placements has been happening year after year for last 10-12 year continuously and which is the best amongst all the College in the region of Agra and Mathura and also among the Top placements figure in Western UP and North India. The range of salary is from a Minimum of 3. L .P.A To Rs. 2.00 L.P.A depending on the merit and preparedness of the students and demand the salary structure of the domain
  • Students has to face open Competition and the College provide interfacing opportunities with Industry / Employers and students preparedness his off at most important (just as students preparedness decides his /her academic scores in examination) College does not Guarantee  placement to any students
